Payment for the production of the claim including the production of the claim form Copies required, supporting documents (pictures, invoices, contracts, etc.) by the Center for Small Claims.
2. Fee to the Small Claims Court. Quote from the Courts website:
Jurisdiction in Small Claims (Rules of Procedure) Regulations, 5737-1976
A. The court shall not require any claim or notice to a third party unless, upon filing them, a fee of 1% of the value of the claim
B. Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph (1), the fee shall in no case be less than NIS 50
third. The amount of the fee under paragraph (1) shall be rounded upwards to an amount which is a multiple of NIS 5.
Payment of the fee paid by the customer will be transferred to the court - "Net Law", the statement of claim will be filed on the Net Law site .
