Appreciate the importance of using a burndown chart

Knowing the work that is left to be done and the actual work that needs to be done is important for all projects. That is where using the #burndownchart comes in. This is why a lot of businesses love and value the use of these charts. So, you can decide to check them out or make the most of them. Burndown charts have proven to be worth the use of so many. So, make sure you never make wrong decisions or hasty decisions.
How can you compare actual and ideal work lines?
1.       When your ideal work line is above the actual work line, it represents less work remaining than anticipated and that means you are ahead in scheduling.
2.       When actual work lines are above ideal work lines, it represents more work remaining than needs to be and you are falling behind the schedule.
Due to this, it is very easy for product owners to immediately get to know if things are moving on as is needed. Also, to know if there need to be any changes.
