What Make the Aluminum-Type Honeywell PCB Boards Conduct Electricity Better

Most Honeywell circuit boards are designed and constructed on CEM3 and FR4 boards. These Printed Circuit board (PCB) materials provide lot of application advantages or benefits of which notable of them are

a.       Easy dissipation of heat

b.      Ability to support some metal cores as well as most heat sinks

It should however be stated here that while most PCB manufacturers make use of these types of boards due to their benefits, there are still some applications which require that the PCB design and construction should made to support  lot of metallic components. Such boards will need to be metallic to be able to do the stated functions. The aluminum PCB is also known and called metal base PCB and is constructed from alloy plates of Al-Mg-Si (Aluminum, Magnesium and Silicon). The base of this alloy plate is laminated and copper foil circuit strata or layers used to cover it.  Some of the benefits of this metal base PCB are
