Legal situation for cremation

The tomb must not endanger public safety and order. At the  anonymous cremation the ash capsule / urn is buried in a community tomb or social burial ground in the cemetery. The grave site receives no name by name of the deceased in the form of a grave stone, a grave plate or a grave cross. In some cemeteries and peace forests, however, a small name plate is offered. The grave is not planted. After the burial (funeral), the tomb is provided with turf and maintained by the respective wearer. A later excavation or a transfer of the urn into another grave is not possible. In most cases, it is not possible for the relatives to attend the funeral (burial). Rest periods in urn graves for the deceased are usually 15 to 20 years.
