When a verdict is passed by
the court, the bailiff officer has to make sure that the individual does what
he is asked to do by the judge and this is why we have marston
holdings to ensure people abide by the law. It is not
unusual for people to drag one another to court over cases which could range
from debt issue, land grabbing and all. There may be a situation where someone
might borrow an individual a huge amount of money and when the money is due for
payment, the individual refuse to pay. The lender might be forced to take the
matter to court to seek justice. Now, after a fair hearing, the judge might ask
that the borrower returns the money within a set date or if he does not have
the money, he might be asked to forfeit his house if he is owing a large sum of
money.
After the judgement is
passed, marston has to make sure that the verdict is
carried out without delay. The officer(s) have the responsibility of giving
feedback to the court as regards the judgement that has been passed as the
judge cannot follow the individual to the land to make sure his judgement is
followed up to the letter. It is solely the responsibility of the bailiff
officers.
