disguise. Against the static measures and exercises which are monotonous and
highly terrible, the dynamic exercises including the dynamic stretching and
consequently the dynamic warm ups are seriously the need of the hour for the
athletes. As the dynamic motion instills motion inside the bones, muscles and
tendons of the body, there is always a movement inside such body parts and
therefore sleep schedules of inner body system is awaken for the cause of good.
