preparations to be able to use and adjust yourself to it. You will however need
to prepare your mind and body for it and also to start fixing yourself on the
21 diet plan or better still start to eat cleanly and workout regularly. This
will help to prepare your system for the entire process. Some equipment you
need to have available include pull up bars, dumbbells, weight benches,
