Hookah (Wasserpfeife): What Is the Allure?

Shisha was and still is the foremost choice of smokers around the world. Different versions of water pipes are found in different areas of the world. This has been a part of tradition and is very much popular in South East Asia and the Middle East. Its basic structure consists of a pipe attached to a glass bottom. Cold water is filled in this part to act as a filter and also cooling agent for smoke. Atop is where tobacco is placed which is generally covered in thin foil. A heated coal is placed on top of it. The indirect heat from the coal allows the tobacco to burn and as a result it produces smoke.
