When you take time to observe companies
or manufacturers that have been very active and are pros at what they do, you
would discover that they also deliberately make customers' satisfaction a top
priority. This is in fact what makes some construction chemical companies inindia, standout above others. What some have failed to understand is that
what makes a customer satisfied is not just the availability of and sales of
goods. There are so many other factors such as accountability, respect for
people, punctuality, honesty, etc. Did you know that it is even possible to win
the heart of a customer with these qualities even when a manufacturer cannot
really meet the demand of the customer?
